Our Story

The heart of WEB Included is Clark Bilawchuk, and the foundation for his business started in an unlikely place – the kitchen.

Early in his career, Clark was a kitchen designer. He designed thousands per year. Precision is key in this work -- if measurements are off or a function is overlooked, it can cost thousands of dollars in wasted materials, construction delays, and stress.

Clark’s penchant for details served him well as he coordinated hundreds functional layouts at a time, but he wanted a more efficient way to do his work. This was an era of carbonless copies. Most tracking was done by hand, and computers were newer to business. That didn’t stop Clark from thinking outside the box. He wanted efficiency and accuracy, so he built a database to automate repetitive tasks, validate, and eliminate even the tiniest of human errors – like mismatched trim.

His systems worked so well that he eventually moved from kitchen design into computer programming. The things he learned in the kitchen - focus on detail and future functionality – served him well during the dot com boom and into today.

Clark is an F1 racing fan and big picture thinker who is happiest working behind the scenes and nerding out on the details. He loves the mechanics of figuring out how things work, establishing parameters for precision, and creating things that are both beautiful AND functional.

He’s spent 20 years in corporate tech, so he knows what it takes to get to the podium. He also a small business owner who understands the pressure of the race.
